Just posted this on the Plaatj.es wiki about fictional stuff. Even tough, this document is a fake it does mean that people are already growing tired of Cataclysm and are looking out to the next big thing in the world of WoW. To be honest, I am not tired of Cataclysm, and am enjoying the new Firelands dailies together with a lot of old content I never finished. Still, a new expansion is always something to be excited about. 2011-07-04 – This document showed up on various news sites, an obvious fake given away by a few things internal documents …

Welcome to part 3 of Quest Review. Today we will be taking an up-close and personal look at a quest called “All Hell Breaks Loose”. The quest starts off at Prince Liam Greymane, who is besieged by worgen and defended by his loyal guardsmen. His loyal men don’t seem to be doing a good job, since he’s asking you for your help. Now, there’s been worgen running around since the beginning, but we hardly noticed them them because A) They don’t attack B) You don’t see their nametags. One of those 2 can easily be solved by clicking ACCEPT for …

Welcome to a new episode of Quest Review, which is brought to you by the wonders of automation, since I am happily sliding off the hills on my snowblades or a snowboard in Chech at this moment. Today we take a closer look at this brilliant quest called “Something’s Amiss”, a quest you get from a dead guy called Waldon, who we found at the end of our previous episode of Quest Review. After finding the dead Lieutenant you immediatly decide to rat him out to prince Liam Greymane, who (if you have forgotten where he was, which is entirely …

This hit my eye today..I doubt I can resist the urge to start playing again whenever they go free to play.. Blizzard is musing over a free-to-play business model for massively multiplayer online game World of Warcraft. Speaking to PC Gamer, World of Warcraft lead designer Tom Chilton, admitted that, “at some point, it may not make sense for us to have a subscription fee.” However, he quickly clarified that: “We’re not spending a lot of time thinking about it. It’s not something that’s a reality for us in the near future.” Read more… I suppose that when WoW has …

Today I got the request for reposting the Lock’n'Reloaded sexy mod. Appearantly it still works with the current version of WoW, something I didn’t expect. I’m quite surprised it’s still working, also happy people like it. So, here it is again: A mod especially for hunters, it gives you a pop-up warning whenever Lock’n'Load procs so that you never can miss spamming that explosive shot of yours. The addon is based on an addon I made a while ago, also called Lock’n'Reloaded, which itself is based on an addon made by Whinger who simply called it Lock’n'Load Alert.
With the upcoming great new features of Battle.NET, cross-server and cross-game chat and friendlists for example, I have been wondering about what other possibilities it will bring to Blizzard’s current games and upcoming releases. Ever thought about sending items not only across servers or factions, but also sending them cross-games. I doubt Blizzard would ever allow you to send your T10 armors from WoW to Starcraft II (altho that would be awesome), but I think they will allow you to send cosmetical items across games; vanity pets, seasonal gear, stuff like that. Especially with their new and up-coming mmo this …
