Welcome to part 3 of Quest Review. Today we will be taking an up-close and personal look at a quest called “All Hell Breaks Loose”. Boubouille of MMO-Champion.com made a staggering discovery in one of the ptr-builds, 4 new Halloween masks, 2 Worgen and 2 Goblins, he claims these will be the new races joining the Horde and the Alliance.
