I love SC2, I really do, it’s a great game and has some amazing tools to make custom maps. There is just one big thing lacking for custom maps, and that is the way they are sorted by Battle.net. They are sorted only by popularity, meaning people looking for custom games will allways see the most popular maps first, which are usually the maps that are longest around and best known. StarCraft Tactics
Aside from the Monopoly map I’m making for StarCraft 2, I also joined a team that attempts to make a StarCraft version of the old Final Fantasy Tactics game for the Playstation. My job for this project is to make the user interface. I’m planning to keep it as true to the original as possible, but ofc adjusted to fit into the StarCraft sci-fi theme.
